Refunds and problem resolution

Digital access is delivered immediately, but a sale should still work as described. This summary is subject to the full Refund Policy and any non-waivable rights where you live.

Technical problems

Contact us within 14 days if a verified technical fault prevents access or core use. We will first try to restore access or provide a working replacement, then assess a refund when the issue cannot be resolved.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Send the order details as soon as possible. Confirmed duplicate charges or billing errors will be corrected.

Change of mind

Completed digital purchases are generally final where the law permits once access has been supplied. Nothing in this policy removes statutory cancellation or consumer rights that apply to you.

Custom orders

A custom order may be cancelled for a full refund before work begins. After work starts, any refund depends on the completed work, the agreed brief, and applicable law.

Use the email address from checkout and include the order number, browser, device, and a short description of the problem. Never send full payment-card details.

1. Scope

This policy covers RoyalBunch digital access, personal packs, the Celebration bundle, custom design work, and Professional licenses. It complements any mandatory cancellation, conformity, or consumer rights that apply where you live.

2. A digital product that does not work as described

Contact RoyalBunch within 14 days of purchase when a verified technical fault prevents access or core use. Include the order number, browser, device, and a concise description or screenshot that does not expose private guest information.

RoyalBunch will first try to restore access, correct the fault, or provide a working replacement. If the material issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, the order will be assessed for a full or proportionate refund as appropriate and required by law.

3. Duplicate or incorrect charges

Report a suspected duplicate or incorrect charge promptly. Confirmed billing errors will be corrected through the original payment method. Never send a full card number, security code, or banking password.

4. Change of mind for immediate digital access

Where law permits, a completed digital purchase is generally final after access has been supplied or used. Checkout may ask you to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the effect on a cancellation period. This policy does not remove any right that cannot lawfully be waived.

5. Custom design orders

A custom order can be cancelled for a full refund before work begins. Once work has started, any refund depends on work already completed, whether the delivered work follows the agreed brief, and applicable law. RoyalBunch will not begin until the scope and target delivery window are confirmed.

One revision round is included in the $59 offer. A change that materially expands the approved brief may require a new quote rather than a refund of completed work.

6. How to request help or a refund

Email hello@royalbunch.com from the address used at checkout when possible. Include the order number, item, purchase date, requested resolution, and information needed to reproduce a technical problem. RoyalBunch or the checkout provider may verify identity and order status before acting.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route. Bank and provider posting times are outside RoyalBunch's control. Refunded software access or license keys may be disabled.
