RoyalBunch is designed to collect as little event information as practical. This summary explains the product choices; the full Privacy Policy controls if there is a conflict.

Studio details stay local

Names, dates, theme choices, and custom prompts are saved in your browser so you can return to a project. They are not placed in a public gallery or included in license checks.

Checkout is handled by providers

Payment and order information is processed by the checkout and payment providers shown at purchase. RoyalBunch does not receive your full card number.

Information you choose to send

We receive the details you submit in a support message or custom-order brief. We use them to answer the request, deliver the order, prevent abuse, and keep required business records.

Basic technical records

Hosting systems may retain security and access logs. License validation checks purchase status but does not send the content of your games.

Your choices

You can clear local projects from your browser and contact us about access, correction, or deletion requests that apply in your jurisdiction.

1. Scope and who is responsible

This policy applies to royalbunch.com, the RoyalBunch Fiesta Studio, support conversations, custom-order briefs, and license validation operated under the RoyalBunch name. It does not replace the privacy notices of an outside checkout, payment provider, or website you choose to open.

Questions and privacy requests can be sent to hello@royalbunch.com. Please do not include full payment-card details or sensitive information about party guests.

2. Information handled by the service

RoyalBunch separates event content from commerce and support information wherever practical.

  • Local Studio data: event names, dates, theme choices, prompts, and project settings are stored in your browser unless you deliberately send them to us.
  • Order data: the checkout provider may send order number, product, amount, status, buyer email, and license information needed to fulfill and support a purchase. RoyalBunch does not receive your full card number.
  • Messages and custom briefs: information you choose to send by email or through an order questionnaire.
  • Aggregate product measurement: RoyalBunch counts a closed set of actions by day, language, occasion, game, and plan. These counts do not contain project wording, names, email addresses, license keys, cookie identifiers, or IP addresses.
  • Technical records: hosting security logs, timestamps, IP address, browser information, and license-validation results may be processed to operate and protect the service.

3. Why information is used

Information is used only for defined product and business purposes:

  • to deliver a purchase and verify that access remains valid;
  • to answer support, privacy, and custom-order requests;
  • to secure the service, diagnose faults, and prevent fraudulent or abusive use;
  • to measure aggregate use of the free Studio and purchase journey so the product can be improved;
  • to keep tax, accounting, dispute, and other records required by law;
  • to send product or marketing email only when you have requested it or another lawful basis applies, with an available opt-out.

4. Providers and disclosures

RoyalBunch may use hosting, checkout, payment, email, and professional-service providers to perform the work described here. They receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and apply their own terms where they interact with you directly.

RoyalBunch does not sell personal information for money. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and service security, or as part of a legitimate business transfer subject to appropriate notice and safeguards.

5. Storage and retention

Local projects remain on your device until you clear the project or browser storage. RoyalBunch keeps order, support, security, custom-work, and monthly aggregate measurement records only for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, product decisions, access recovery, disputes, legal obligations, and service protection. Retention can differ by record type and jurisdiction.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent and complain to an applicable privacy authority.

Send a request from the address connected to your order when possible. RoyalBunch may need to verify the request and may retain information that lawfully must be kept. Clearing local browser storage removes local Studio projects from that browser; it does not cancel an order record held by a checkout provider.

7. Children and event guests

RoyalBunch is offered to adult organizers. Children do not need an account to use printed cards. Do not enter sensitive information about a child or guest into prompts, and obtain permission before submitting another person's photo, story, or contact information for custom work.

8. International processing and policy changes

Providers may process information in countries other than your own and use legally recognized transfer safeguards where required. Their privacy notices explain their locations and practices.

This policy may change when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. A material update will be dated and, when appropriate, announced in the service before it takes effect.
