1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms govern access to royalbunch.com, RoyalBunch Fiesta, digital packs, custom work, and Professional licenses. By using or purchasing the service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked at checkout.

Purchases and license agreements are for adults who can enter a binding agreement. If you use RoyalBunch for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

2. The service and your review responsibility

RoyalBunch helps create bilingual party materials. You remain responsible for reviewing every name, translation, prompt, answer, layout, and print preview before use. Decide whether a game is appropriate for the ages, relationships, accessibility needs, and circumstances of your guests.

3. Personal licenses

Free access, a one-occasion purchase, and the Celebration bundle grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own non-commercial celebrations. You may create and distribute finished cards to guests attending the covered event.

• You may print reasonable quantities for your event and keep finished keepsake cards.
• You may not use a personal license for an event you are paid to organize.
• A purchase covers the collections listed at that time; it does not promise every future product.

4. Professional license

A current Professional license permits creation of finished materials for up to 25 paid client events during the license year. Each separate client gathering counts as one event. The license belongs to the purchaser and may not be shared across unrelated businesses.

Professional use does not include resale of templates, editable access, license keys, source files, or downloadable packs. Contact RoyalBunch before exceeding the event limit or using the product in a materially different commercial offering.

5. Prohibited use

You may not:

• share, sell, rent, publish, or sublicense a license key, template, or source file;
• circumvent access controls, probe private endpoints, automate abusive requests, or interfere with the service;
• remove required ownership or license notices;
• use RoyalBunch to create unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or privacy-invasive material;
• claim that RoyalBunch endorses your event, business, product, or advice without written permission.

6. Names, photos, and wording you provide

You keep ownership of content you provide. You grant RoyalBunch the limited permission needed to process it for the requested custom order or support task. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed, including permission to use another person's photo or private story.

7. Prices, payments, taxes, and refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Payment, available methods, currency conversion, and digital delivery may be handled by outside providers. You are responsible for taxes or charges that checkout does not collect for you.

Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights. A chargeback does not create a right to keep using refunded or disabled access.

8. Availability, changes, and third-party services

RoyalBunch may correct errors, improve features, change providers, or discontinue a feature. Reasonable efforts will be made not to remove paid access arbitrarily, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Internet, browser, printer, checkout, payment, and email services outside RoyalBunch may have their own limits and terms.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

RoyalBunch is a planning and creative tool, not legal, tax, medical, safety, translation-certification, or professional event advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied as available and liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable direct loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Suspension, changes, and contact

Access may be limited or ended for material breach, fraud, security risk, or a refunded purchase. Provisions that logically continue—such as ownership, payment records, and restrictions on redistribution—survive termination.

Updated Terms will show a new date. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate. Questions or an attempt to resolve a dispute informally can be sent to hello@royalbunch.com. Mandatory rights and legal forums available where you live remain unaffected.
