Do the bilingual cards show both languages at the same time?
Yes. Choose the bilingual mode to place English and Spanish together on each card. You can also create an English-only or Spanish-only set.
Do I need Canva or special software?
No. Personalization happens in the RoyalBunch Studio in a modern web browser. Printing works through your browser's regular print dialog.
Can I try a game before paying?
Yes. The Free option includes three complete games, one theme, and up to ten bingo boards. No payment method is required.
What paper sizes are supported?
The Studio prepares US Letter and A4 layouts, with one or two cards per sheet where the game format allows it. Always review the print preview before printing a full set.
Where are my event details stored?
Names, dates, and custom prompts entered in the Studio stay in local browser storage unless you intentionally submit them for a custom order or support request.
Can I use a personal pack for a client event?
No. The $14 pack and $29 bundle are for personal, non-commercial events. Paid client work requires the Professional license.
Can I share the finished files with guests?
You may print or distribute the finished cards to guests attending the licensed event. You may not share editable access, sell the files, or upload them as reusable downloads.
What does the $59 custom service include?
It includes one complete occasion pack, adapted wording and palette, one revision round, and a confirmed delivery window. We review the brief before work begins.
What happens if I lose access to a purchase?
Contact support using the email address used at checkout. We will verify the order and help restore access where the purchase remains valid.
